These are a few declarations that we hope you will read through and understand before proceeding to let us serve you.

SERVICE AND TREATMENT

1. Any service that you undergo at Surianitra Jelitia is at your own responsibility. We will not be accountable for your own injuries. 

2. Uses of any medication is at your own risk. Please let us know if you have begun taking new medication since your last session with us. 

3. We will not serve individuals with infectious disease (e.g. bacterial, viral, fungal, and prion) or chronic disease (e.g. cancer).

4. Waxing does have certain side effects such as skin removal, redness, scabbing, bruising, scarring, swelling, tenderness , hyper-pigmentation, and/or pimples, and skin tears for Brazilian and Bikini Wax.

5. If you are feeling uncomfortable, painful or scared, please alert our Beautician during service to avoid any further discomfort.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

1. All services are strictly by appointment. For Facial Treatment, Body Treatment and Waxing Service, we advised you to book at least 1 hour earlier; for Makeup Service, please book at least 1 week earlier. 

2. Our Physiotherapy Service is limited, hence we advise you to book at least 1-2 weeks earlier to avoid cancellation. 

3. There will be no special bookings before and after opening hours.

PROMOTION AND SALES

1. All promotions, coupons, or gift cards are ONLY redeemable at our center, and are not refundable or exchangeable for money.

2. Promotions, coupons, or gift cards must be present for redeem. Photos, videos, or photo-stated copy will not be entertained.
